The warranty, in three parts
The maker's material warranty
It comes with the tile and underlayment you choose. Your estimate names the product and says what its maker covers.
Our workmanship warranty
Your contract states the years, what it covers (leaks at our work, tile we set) and what it does not (storm damage, other trades' work), and who to call.
Who registers it
We register the maker's warranty for you and give you a copy.
