How a repair visit goes

Step 1: You tell us what you see
Text photos of the stain or the tile. It tells us what to bring.

Step 2: We look from the ground and the roof
We trace the water back from the stain, and photograph what we find.

Step 3: Fix it, or a written price
When it is a small fix and the crew has time, we do it on the visit. Otherwise you get a written price first.

Step 4: Photos after
The same spot, after the repair, with the date on it.
About repairs
Do you repair or replace?
Repair when a repair will hold. We say so in writing, and say when a bigger job is the honest answer.
What does a repair cover?
Your invoice states what the repair covers, for how long and what it does not cover.
Can you find a leak I cannot see?
Often. We start at the stain, work upslope, and check the attic if we can reach it.
